Data Protection

We take the legal provisions on data protection very seriously. When you visit our website, personal or anonymous data may be collected or processed. Personal data allows the identity of the user of this website to be established. This includes name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. The collection, processing and use of personal data is subject to the data protection regulations of the Federal Republic of Germany and those of the European Data Protection Directive (95/46/EC). Personal data will not be processed in countries outside the scope of the European Data Protection Directive. An evaluation of the anonymous data takes place exclusively for statistical purposes and without personal reference.

In principle, it is possible to use our website without the user having to disclose his identity in whole or in part. However, the disclosure of the user’s personal data is particularly necessary when contacting us via the website. It is therefore solely up to the user whether he transmits personal data via the website. Any personal data collected from the user via the website will be stored and processed by us exclusively for the purpose of processing the user’s enquiry. Personal data will not be used for advertising purposes unless the user has expressly requested us to do so. Under no circumstances will we pass on your personal data (not even your e-mail address) to third parties.

Our website is delivered by a specialised server which automatically collects information each time the website is accessed and stores it in log files. This is the following information: Browser type and browser version, operating system used, address of the previously visited website (referrer URL), address of the computer used to access our website (IP address) and time of access to our website. This information is transmitted by the browser if the user has not set his browser, possibly by means of an additional program, to suppress the transmission of this information. The data obtained from this information in the server’s log files cannot be assigned to specific persons. We do not merge this data with any other data sources.

Disclaimer of liability

As a service provider, we are generally responsible for our own information on our websites in accordance with § 7 para.1 TMG (German Telemedia Act) and the general laws. Our own contents of the websites are created, checked and updated with the greatest possible care. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the content provided. All information is intended solely as non-binding general information on the subject of our law firm. In addition, we reserve the right to delete, modify or supplement the content of this website in whole or in part at our own discretion at any time and without prior notice.

In addition, our website may refer directly or indirectly to external contents of external websites. These external contents are either clearly identified (e.g. by hyperlinks or deep links) or can be identified by a change in the address line of the browser used. External contents are generally outside our area of responsibility and are the responsibility of the respective provider or operator, so that we can assume no liability for this. In addition, we do not adopt these contents as our own, but expressly distance ourselves from them. Although we have also carefully checked external content for possible legal infringements, no such infringements were discernible at the time of linking. However, we are not legally entitled to continuously monitor the content of third-party websites without concrete evidence of a violation of the law, and we are unable to do so in practice. Excluded from this are obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with the general laws. However, liability in this respect is only possible from the time of knowledge of a concrete violation of the law. If we become aware of such infringements, you are free to contact us at any time using the method indicated in the imprint, so that we can remove the objected content immediately or remove a possible link.

Google will use this information on our behalf to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage to us as the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other data from Google. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. In addition, you may object to the collection by Google of the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and the processing of this data by Google and prevent such processing by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link or by manually blocking the loading and execution of the Google Analytics script. This is done either by blocking the Java script or by blocking access to the Google Analytics domain. The add-on is not available for mobile browsers. If you visit our website via a mobile device (e.g. smartphone or tablet), you can use this [LINK] to object to the use of Google Analytics in the future.
