Lotte Mues studied law at the University of Cologne and at the Universitetet i Bergen (Norway). She already focused on commercial law here. After completing her first state examination in 2017, she initially worked as a research assistant in a medium-sized law firm in Cologne.
She spent her legal traineeship at the Aachen Regional Court. After working, inter alia, at the Cologne office of a large intellectual property law firm and in the legal department of an international company in Leverkusen, she successfully completed her legal traineeship in the summer of 2020 with the second state examination. Lotte Mues joined LLR as a lawyer at the beginning of 2021.
Lotte Mues provides comprehensive advice in all areas of intellectual property law as well as press and copyright law. A significant focus is on the extrajudicial and judicial enforcement of intellectual property rights, in particular in trade mark, design and competition law.
She is currently completing the specialist course in intellectual property law as a prerequisite for admission to the title of "Fachanwaltin für Gewerblichen Rechtsschutz" (specialist lawyer for intellectual property law).
Lotte Mues is a member of the German Bar Association and the German Association for Intellectual Property and Copyright Law (GRUR).
When she is not working, Lotte Mues can be found in the sand, in the water or in the gym doing sports. She also likes to spend her time with her family and friends or with a good book.
