Lukas Menke began his law studies at the European University Viadrina and completed them in his home city at the University of Cologne. During his studies, he worked as a research assistant at a law firm specialising in real estate law and continued his work there after completing his first state examination. Until the beginning of his legal traineeship in 2018, he also worked as a research assistant in one of the largest law firms specialising in administrative law in public construction law in Cologne.
Lukas Menke spent his traineeship at the Aachen Regional Court. After working, inter alia, in the 7th Civil Division for Construction Law at the Regional Court of Aachen and in LLR's real estate law department, he successfully completed his traineeship in autumn 2020 with the second state examination. At the beginning of 2021, Lukas Menke returned to LLR as a lawyer, having already completed his elective station there.
Lukas Menke provides comprehensive advice to those involved in real estate and construction in all areas of private construction law and real estate business law. A significant focus is on the development, realisation and utilisation of real estate projects.
When he is not working, Lukas Menke can be found in forests, among meadows and on mountains with his fiancée and in the company of their two dogs. He spends the rest of his time with his family and friends.
