Martin Götte

Immobilienökonom (EBS)

Martin Götte studied law at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn and at the UNIL-Université de Lausanne (Switzerland) and completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court.

He had already worked for two years in the field of real estate and construction law in a major German commercial law firm in Essen before joining LLR in Cologne in 2016.

Martin Götte advises all parties involved in real estate and construction in the core and peripheral areas of real estate law on the development and realisation of real estate projects. His main areas of practice are:

  • Real estate transactions
  • Legal advice during construction, such as asserting and defending claims and drafting contracts for clients, contractors and architects
  • Commercial tenancy and lease law

Martin Götte is a member of the Working Group for Construction and Real Estate Law of the German Bar Association and of the Working Group "Forum Junges Baurecht" of the German Society for Construction Law.
