Theodor Bücher studied law at the Universities of Saarbrücken, Bonn and Münster. He completed his legal clerkship in the regional court district of Aachen with a stay abroad in Birmingham, England and gained his first experience in Cologne as a research assistant with Professor Dr. F. Christian Genzow in the former law firm Graf von Westphalen, Bappert & Modest. While working, he completed his studies in real estate law with the university degree "Master of Laws" (LL.M.).
Theodor Bücher has been admitted to the bar since 2005. Founded in 2006, he joined LLR as an associate lawyer. Until his return to LLR he was managing partner of a law firm co-founded by him from 2011 to 2015.
In brief: Real estate law. Theodor Bücher specialises in legal asset management, i.e. providing strategic and comprehensive legal advice to landlords/owners on all legal issues relating to their tenant portfolios, legal advice on the establishment, duration and termination of tenancies, legal project management for conversion measures and refurbishments, strategic and legal advice on (re)structuring when buying and selling the asset and in the portfolio. His clients are investment managers, investors, real estate companies, corporations, corporate bodies and private individuals with an investment focus in the real estate industry. In addition, he combines his profession and passion in out-of-court and judicial advice on classic car law.
When Theodor Bücher is not working, he spends time with his wife and friends.
