Sarah Bonanni

Sarah Bonanni studied law at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-University Bonn. After a semester abroad at the University Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, she successfully passed the first state examination in early 2019. Subsequently, she worked as a research assistant in an internationally oriented commercial law firm in Cologne.

Sarah Bonanni spent her legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Bonn. During this time she worked for the German Bundestag in Berlin (Committee for Economic Affairs and Energy), for a medium-sized law firm in Bonn and for the legal department of an international telecommunications company, where she gained experience in competition law.

After successfully completing her second state examination, Sarah Bonanni joined LLR as an attorney in 2022. She advises in all areas of intellectual property law, starting with the development of a design or trademark up to the judicial enforcement of intellectual property rights or their defense. Her practice includes trademark, design and unfair competition law; other areas include media and copyright law.

When Sarah Bonanni is not working, she enjoys spending time in nature, exploring new countries and cultures, exercising, or spending time with friends and family.
