Virginia Monig

Virginia Monig studied law at the University of Cologne. After completing her first state law examination, Virginia Monig worked as a research assistant in an internationally active commercial law firm, where she expanded her knowledge of corporate law.

Subsequently, Virginia Monig completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Cologne. She spent both her legal internship and elective internship at LLR and deepened her knowledge in the area of real estate business law. In doing so, Virginia Monig focused on drafting contracts in the area of commercial and residential tenancy law.

Virginia Monig has been working as an attorney at LLR in the area of real estate business law since successfully passing the second state law examination in the summer of 2022. She advises on all real estate-related legal issues as well as on contract drafting. In particular, her practice includes private construction and architectural law, commercial landlord and tenant law, residential landlord and tenant law, and real estate brokerage law.

In her free time, Virginia Monig likes to go out into nature, explore new places with friends or dance Zumba.
