Guido Theißen studied law in Mannheim and Cologne.
Guido Theißen has been admitted to the bar since 1993 and a specialist in tax law since 2008. Before joining the Cologne office of LLR in 2009, he worked for fifteen years as a lawyer in a mixed law firm with tax consultants and auditors.
Guido Theißen advises on all questions of tax and criminal tax law, with a special focus on advice in connection with corporate succession, corporate restructuring and corporate transfer, which cannot be achieved without tax advice. This also applies to real estate projects, where there is often considerable tax optimisation potential.
Guido Theißen is a member of the Working Groups for Tax Law and Criminal Law of the German Bar Association (Landesgruppe NRW).
