Guido Theißen studied law in Mannheim and Cologne. Guido Theißen was admitted to the bar in 1993 and became a specialist tax lawyer in 2008. Before joining LLR’s Cologne office in 2009, he worked for fifteen years as a lawyer in a mixed partnership with tax advisors and auditors.

Guido Theißen advises on all aspects of tax and criminal tax law. A related focus is advising on company succession, company restructuring and company transfers, which cannot be organised without tax law support. This also applies to real estate projects, where there is often considerable scope for tax optimisation.

When Guido Theißen is not working, he can usually be found in the far north.
