Charlotte Thim studied law at the University of Regensburg, specialising in labour and corporate law. After passing her first state law exam in 2022, she completed her legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Regensburg, which included placements at international commercial law firms in Cologne and Chicago. During this time, she gained extensive experience in litigation and corporate law.

After passing her second state law examination, Charlotte Thim initially worked as an assessor in labor law at an international commercial law firm before joining LLR’s Cologne office as a lawyer in early summer 2025.

She advises companies, works councils and employees in all areas of individual and collective labour law.

In her free time, she enjoys sports, spending time with family and friends, and travelling.
