Till Weiß studied Law and Business Administration at the University of Cologne.

During his studies, Till Weiß successfully founded a start-up together with a school friend and still advises start-ups and founders today.

Till Weiß completed his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Cologne, where he honed his interest in art law. He completed stages at the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) and at an internationally orientated commercial law firm in the field of IP/IT. He spent his elective traineeship at a major commercial law firm in Zurich.

Till Weiß then worked as a research assistant in the intellectual property, IT and data protection law department of an international commercial law firm.

In 2024, Till Weiß was admitted to the bar and joined the Cologne office of LLR.

He provides comprehensive advice in all areas of intellectual property law.

His particular area of expertise is the complex and diverse field of art law. Till Weiß advises internationally active gallery owners and players on the art market, who also benefit from LLR’s comprehensive network of interdisciplinary and international contacts.

Outside of work, Till Weiß enjoys cooking with friends (preferably good pasta), and is passionate about coffee, cheese, art and culture – and likes to play tennis.
