Sebastian Saar

Sebastian Saar studied law at Saarland University in Saarbrücken. He majored in German and International Criminal Law, Commercial Criminal Law and Criminal Tax Law. After his first state examination, he worked as a research assistant, among others in a medium-sized law firm in the area of IT & IP, as well as data protection law, at a chair for public law and in a renowned law firm for criminal law in Saarbrücken. In addition, he subsequently worked as a lecturer in administrative law at Saarland University.

Sebastian Saar completed his legal clerkship at the Palatinate Higher Regional Court in Zweibrücken.

After successfully completing his second state examination in May 2022, he initially worked as an assessor in a medium-sized law firm, where he was able to deepen his knowledge of corporate law and expand his expertise in tax law.

After his admission to the bar in January 2023, he joined LLR as a lawyer in the area of corporate and tax law.

Sebastian Saar provides comprehensive advice to both companies and individuals in the areas of corporate and tax law as well as compliance and corporate governance.

When Sebastian is not working, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing sports, preferably enjoying independent films & music and from time to time proving his capacity for suffering also with video games.
