Dennis Groh studied law at the University of Bonn and completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Koblenz with a station in a leading international law firm and a foreign station in Sydney.
Dennis Groh was admitted to the bar in 2009. Before joining the Cologne office of LLR 2019, he worked for 10 years in a supra-regional commercial law firm. In 2011, he completed his master's degree in intellectual property law at the University of Düsseldorf. He has been a specialist attorney for intellectual property law since 2012 and received his doctorate in 2014 from the chair of Prof. Dr. Peifer in Cologne on a comparative law problem under competition law.
Dennis Groh provides comprehensive advice in the field of intellectual property and distribution law. His clients are predominantly medium-sized companies with regular international operations.
He is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property and of the German-Australian Lawyers' Association (GAPLA), of which he is head of the international distribution law group. He regularly publishes specialist articles in the field of intellectual property law, e-commerce and distribution law and is also a speaker in these fields. He is also a lecturer at the Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences in the fields of culture, aesthetics and media in the field of media and administrative law.
Dennis Groh spends his free time with his family. He is also interested in sports, literature and travel.
