Dennis Groh studied law at the University of Bonn and completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Koblenz with a station in a leading international law firm as well as a station abroad in Sydney.
Dennis Groh was admitted to the bar in 2009. Until joining LLR's Cologne office in 2019, he worked for 10 years in a commercial law firm practicing nationwide. In 2011, he completed the master's program in intellectual property law at the University of Düsseldorf. Since 2012, he has been a specialist attorney for intellectual property law and in 2014 he completed his doctorate at the chair of Prof. Dr. Peifer in Cologne on a comparative law, competition law problem.
Dennis Groh provides comprehensive advice in the field of intellectual property and distribution law. His clients are predominantly medium-sized, regularly internationally active companies.
He is a member of the German-Australian Lawyers Association (GAPLA), whose specialist group for international distribution law he chairs. In addition, he is active in the Industrial Property Law Committee of the Cologne Lawyers' Association. He regularly publishes articles in the field of intellectual property, e-commerce and distribution law and is also active as a speaker in these areas. He is also a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences in Düsseldorf in the area of media and administrative law and at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) in the area of Internet law.
Dennis Groh spends his free time with his family or with fishing.
